As a Procurement Retail Officer, you will contribute to managing supplier relationships and ensuring the smooth flow of orders, guaranteeing timely deliveries and product quality. Key Responsibilities: Manage supplier relationships and monitor orders from placement to receipt. Coordinate import procedures and maintain communication with transport companies and customs brokers. Provide administrative support to the Production Department. Enter and create product codes in the ERP system (barcodes, compositions, colors, etc. ).

Manage inventory and collaborate with the warehouse for tracking deliveries. Communicate with the design and production departments to ensure product specifications are met. Negotiate prices and terms of cooperation with existing and new suppliers. Requirements: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or retail industry. Excellent command of English (written and spoken) for communication with suppliers. Experience with ERP systems and data entry. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of import procedures, customs clearance, or contract manufacturing will be considered an asset.
