White Technics is growing. With 30 years of industry experience, we have an opportunity for an experienced and self motivated Electrical Design Draftsperson to join our team. The role will include a diverse portfolio of industrial application projects including HV, LV, control and protection systems. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 years AutoCAD Electrical design experience in heavy industry, material handling, mining, oil/gas or industrial controls applications. Demonstrated ability to design and then delivery in AutoCAD Electrical detailed electrical documents (control schematics, SLD’s, termination diagrams, component specification, scopes of work and related)Documentation ability using AutoCAD & AutoCAD Electrical. Attention to detail.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Australian Citizen. The successful candidate shall be working out of our Ringwood office with occasional site travel as required. Hybrid working from home arrangements will also be available. Desirable AbilitiesExceptional communication skills as the role involves client interaction. Detailed knowledge of relevant Australian Standards such as AS/NZS3000, AS2067, AS/NZS3008, AS/NZS2081, AS/NZS61439, SIR’s etc. Design of motor control, earthing, lightning protection, data systems, generators, general lighting & power and similar. Ability to write tender documents.
