Pitch and close paid listings, podcast interviews, newsletter features, sponsored content, and category sponsorshipsPartnership Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with partners, often dealing with founders, CMOs, and growth teamsMedia Sales: Sell branded content (articles, interviews, awards) across our growing media channelsEvent Pre-Sales: Start building the foundation for future monetization of the marketplace expos and awards eventsProcess Building: Help structure pricing tiers, CRM flows, outreach cadences, and reporting templatesCross-Team Work:
Collaborate with marketing, content, and leadership to shape compelling offers and launch campaignsRequirements2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnershipsComfortable selling to founders and marketing executives in fast-moving industriesStrong copywriting and pitch skills (email, DMs, calls)Fluent English speaker with excellent written commsAmbitious, curious, persistent, and highly organizedExperience with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.
