Job SummaryWe are looking for a professional focused on optimizing and improving sales processes, managing CRM tools and systems, analyzing performance metrics, and strategically supporting the sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilitiesStrategically support the sales team in onboarding new agents, merchants, and consumers onto the platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience. Manage and resolve inquiries, requests, and needs from agents and merchants by providing timely and effective support to optimize their experience on the platform.
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team in executing commercial initiatives and marketing campaigns, ensuring effective alignment between sales strategies and promotional activities. Optimize sales processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing tools and methodologies that enhance customer conversion and retention. Ensure proper data management and analysis by generating performance reports, key metrics, and sales reports to support data-driven strategic decision-making. Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Customer Service, and Compliance to ensure smooth operations aligned with the company’s objectives.
Develop and document best practices for sales management to standardize processes and ensure continuous team training. Requirements2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Administration, or related roles in sales and customer service environments. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, generate reports, and present strategic insights for process optimization. CRM and Sales Tools Management. Ability to interact clearly and effectively with sales teams, clients, and various departments within the company. Ability to identify improvement opportunities in sales workflows and propose solutions to streamline operations.
Familiarity with customer acquisition and retention strategies, as well as the execution of marketing campaigns. Proficiency in Excel and Data Analysis. Ability to Work Both in a Team and Independently. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, in a professional environment.
