Mission RoleThis pivotal role drives profitable market expansion by securing new wholesale and B2B partnerships and ensuring their long-term commercial success.Key Focus Areas:Acquisition & Pipeline Ownership: Lead the full acquisition cycle, from market mapping and prospect identification to contract negotiation and closure. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategically aligned partners.Commercial Partnership Building: Establish sustainable, profitable relationships by defining and negotiating commercial conditions, trading terms, and product ranges. Co-develop joint business plans focused on long-term growth and brand alignment.Early Growth Acceleration: Oversee the smooth onboarding and ramp-up phase (3-6 months) of new accounts, monitoring sell-in/sell-through and organizing key marketing/training activations to boost early performance.Strategic Channel Contribution: Provide valuable market data, competitive intelligence, and process feedback from the field to contribute to the overall scalability and future strategy of the wholesale channel. Profile To Be Successful In This RoleEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or International Trade (or related field).Experience: Proven track record of developing new clients, growing existing accounts, and working in cross-functional teams.Knowledge: Deep understanding of wholesale and distribution models, and knowledge of sport retail market dynamics and trends.Commercial Acumen: Strong ability in partner negotiation, relationship management, and legal awareness of commercial deals.Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze sales performance, market potential, and competitor activity.Strategic & Communication: Excellent strategic sense, persuasive communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills. You are fluent in English and Bahasa (Oral & Written) Excellent communication with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope effectively. You are energetic, organized and autonomous. You are team player, open-minded and self-responsible. You are able to keep to strict timelines. You are a creative thinker, strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
