Since its inception, CG has grown from accessories into a lifestyle brand, selling everything from ready-to-wear to shoes, a world of Gaia.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Process all Credit Memos and Return AuthorizationsCreate return UPS/DHL return labels.Update weekly damage report.Effective communication with 3PL’s to ensure issues are being addressed and shipping is occurring daily and in a timely manner.Send commercial invoices from NetSuite to Hong Kong warehouse for each shipment.Release orders in NetSuite to 3PL warehouses.Add images to EMS reports and complete customer shipping documents/order details as needed.Review sales orders against customer purchase orders and portals to check for discrepancies.Order tickets from suppliers for EDI customers each season.Upload UPC’s into GXS catalog each season.Responsible for assisting all Account Executives with a range of administrative tasks such as adding imagery to sales reports, creating linesheets, and compiling new account presentationsExecuting the efficient organization of the same send out processEnsuring all buyer’s needs have been met by filling our copy templates for all accounts with EAN codes, pricing, composition, and any other required informationREQUIREMENTS:3 years of previous customer service experience. Experience working with majors, specialty and drop ship in both domestic and international regions. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; additional relevant work experience can be substituted for an earned degree Strong interpersonal and computer skills. Exceptional attention to detail and quality control. Ability to organize, prioritize, and reprioritize workload in a dynamic environment. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible thinker with the ability to make sound independent decisions. Ability to work with little supervision and work well with others at all levels in the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills Problem solver mentality with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus. Familiarity with GXS Catalog.
