Joining KRAKATAU is a long-term decision that shapes your life, your career, and the future of the brand.WHO WE NEEDAfter opening our new office in Le Marais, we began developing SEISMORPH – a sub-line for tomorrow’s Paris.We’re discovering new forms and a new language - and now our small team needs a sales genius who will: • feel our vibe;• find a way to communicate it to the buyers of the best stores in France;• turn the energy of the collection into real partnerships.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Build and maintain a full client database (current and potential stores, with detailed classification).• Develop and execute sales strategies by region and client type, including seasonal targets and margin goals.• Organize and lead showroom presentations during Fashion Weeks.• Manage regular client visits: presentations, product training, visual merchandising, and stock planning.• Collect pre-orders and follow up on post-sales service and reorders.• Adapt marketing materials and visuals to client needs (window displays, special projects).• Analyze client performance (sales, margins, stock rotation) and prepare actionable insights.• Identify market trends and competitive activity, proposing strategic responses.• Maintain strong communication with internal teams to align market needs with brand direction.WHAT YOU BRING• 3+ years of experience in fashion wholesale in France.• Higher professional education (HBO) or equivalent experience and mindset.• Active network of buyers and stores (department, concept, and multibrand).• Commercial thinking and strong negotiation skills.• Analytical mindset with confidence in sales reporting.• Fluent in French and English.• Advanced Excel skills.• Ability to stay focused and effective in complex, fast-changing environments.• Proactivity, speed, and flexibility in a startup environment.• Passion for fashion and awareness of trends.WHAT WE OFFER• Full-time position in Paris.• Office in the heart of Le Marais, on rue du Temple.• Competitive salary with sales-based bonuses.• Freedom to act and influence the development of a brand that combines a strong heritage with a drive for innovation.If you have a network of stores and the talent to turn great design into solid sales — then we need to talk.CONTACTEmail: lx@krakatauwear.com
