And across our organisation, we foster a welcoming, caring and inclusive culture where people feel respected, trusted and able to be themselves.About your teamThe Austrian sales business is responsible for covering discretionary portfolio management units of banks, family offices, wealth and investment managers, large institutional investors (corporates, international organizations etc.), independent financial advisors (IFAs) as well as insurance firms and pension funds. In addition to being an integral part of the sales team, your role will also include close collaboration with Data Analytics and Marketing teams.About your role We support our clients in every aspect of their investment decisions with respect to tactical and strategic portfolio allocations across all assets classes including equities, fixed income, money market, private equity, private credit and real estate. As part of our academy, you’ll learn and grow every day – gaining the skills and knowledge you need to: Investment AnalysesTake initiative in analysing various internal investment strategies across a variety of asset classes. You will get the chance to work with industry relevant tools such as Morningstar to further benchmark internal strategies with competitor funds (e.g., producing performance reports and market/fund newsletters, contributing to market analysis and supporting the creation of presentations and data evaluations).Sales PitchesBe a part of the front-office team and support colleagues in creating client pitches, preparing fund presentations and data as well as conducting independent research by liasing with international teams across Fidelity (e.g., adapting sales materials to push relevant expertise).Data AnalysisWork in a data-driven world and help us to navigate it: Ranging from fund to client data, you will be entrusted to maintain, optimize and analyse the underlying information to optimize efficiencies and digitize processes (e.g., working on various client tools making sure all client information is appropriately recorded, collaborating with various teams abroad to provide transparent tracking of clients’ assets, inflows and outflows).MarketingFunction as a link between the marketing department and support in organising offline, as well as online events, such as web seminars, mailing campaigns or roadshows for investment professionals.About youIt’s who you are that matters here, rather than what you studied. We look for full term interns (start date January 2026) who have a genuine interest in the financial services sector and the asset management industry, a commercial acumen and string analytical and organisational skills, who are curious, compassionate, eager to learn and ready to get stuck in.
