If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have a passion for telecommunications, we’d love to meet you.Role OverviewAs a Wholesale SMS Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of modulus’ international SMS wholesale business. You will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts and develop long-term partnerships with carriers, aggregators, CPaaS providers, and OTT platforms. You will be responsible for the commercial success, operational health, and overall customer satisfaction of your accounts.This is a hands-on position suited to individuals with excellent organizational skills, a commercial mindset, and a strong understanding of the A2P SMS market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and expand a portfolio of key wholesale SMS accounts (both buy and sell side)Identify and develop new business opportunities with international carriers and aggregatorsOptimize routing and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining service qualityConduct regular business reviews and in-depth performance analyses with key partnersNegotiate commercial terms, contracts, and volume commitmentsCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (technical, legal, billing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and successful partner onboardingMonitor and analyze SMS traffic quality and proactively resolve issuesRepresent modulus at major industry events and conferences (e.g., Capacity, GCCM) to strengthen our global network and brand presenceWhy join us?We offer a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where your contributions directly impact our success.
