Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 1. 新媒体日常运营和维护：包括不限于品牌自媒体账号（小红书、微博、抖音、视频号等）的内容创作、发布、维护、互动、转载、数据分析。 2. 熟悉小红书平台内容调性：产出目标客户喜爱的内容，不断提升内容质量、粉丝数和品牌热度。 3. 品牌私域维护：负责社群文案的维护和更新，包括现有新媒体素材的编辑和二创；辅助视频号达人建联和维护。 4. 视频剪辑与二创：根据现有视频素材重新剪辑，产出新视频。 5. 完成上级领导交办的其他相关事宜。
