Full-timeKey ResponsibilitiesProcess and oversee daily order pickups, deliveries, and fulfillment requests. Coordinate directly with delivery partnersTrack the movement of delivery and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues. Ensure all fulfillment records are accurately maintained and up to date. Collaborate with customer service to resolve client issues quickly. Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs. Prepare and share regular reports on fulfillment performance. Support the onboarding and coordination of delivery partners. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in any field. 0–1 year experience in logistics or fulfillment operations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
