Key Responsibilities Process and oversee daily order pickups, deliveries, and fulfillment requests. Coordinate directly with delivery partners Track the movement of delivery and troubleshoot delivery delays or issues. Ensure all fulfillment records are accurately maintained and up to date. Collaborate with customer service to resolve client issues quickly. Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs. Prepare and share regular reports on fulfillment performance. Support the onboarding and coordination of delivery partners. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field. 0–1 years experience in logistics or fulfillment operations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Computer savvy and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
