This position oversees WHS systems and culture across 20+ sites throughout Queensland — making it ideal for someone with multi-site safety experience looking to advance their career.This is your opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation committed to helping people lead healthier, happier and more connected lives.About The RoleAs the WHS Manager, you will provide state-wide leadership in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the WHS strategy and systems.This position oversees governance, reporting, and culture-building initiatives that support senior leaders and the Board in meeting their safety and due diligence obligations.You’ll also lead a small, capable WHS team (team of 2 currently) and provide hands-on support to operational sites across Queensland — ensuring compliance while fostering a strong, positive safety culture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain WHS frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with legislative and organisational requirements.Provide WHS governance reporting and insights to senior leadership and the Board, including risk analysis and performance metrics.Advise on compliance with the WHS Act 2011 (Qld), Regulations, and Codes of Practice.Lead incident management and investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.Deliver proactive WHS support and coaching to operational leaders and teams across diverse service areas.About YouYou’re an experienced WHS professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for building safer workplaces.
