If you have excellent communication skills and also passion for Operations – then this is the role for you!What you will work on: Ensure there is continuous communication on the availability and lead times of products with Customer Service, transport, warehouse, expediting and procurement departmentContinuous follow up on quotes and orders. Process ordersSupply Customer Service with necessary information concerning delivery status of orders i. e. charges, delays, availability etc.
Provide complete and updated information to warehouse concerning time and place of deliveryPrepare cost pricing information towards final invoicing of service performedMaintain required control reports and documentationWhat you bring: High School diploma or equivalentPrior experience as Supply CoordinatorVery good command of the English language (spoken and written)Good computer skills with Excel knowledgeAbility to travel when required. Ability to communicate effectively within a multinational environmentAbility to work under pressure and ability to work on own initiativeAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAbility to co-operate across organization lines internally and towards customersSystematic and accurate natureWhat we offer:
