S. sales initiatives. Position OverviewThe IT Sales Manager will lead and grow Willan Technologies' sales presence in Cameroon while actively supporting U. S. -based sales opportunities. This is a senior-level role for a highly experienced, bilingual leader with a minimum of 10 years in IT sales and a proven track record of successful sales in the technology industry.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SaaS, Managed IT Services, IT Staff Augmentation, SEO strategy, and enterprise technology sales. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on business development, requiring the ability to both close deals and guide a sales team to sustained success. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyDevelop and execute the sales strategy for Cameroon and support U. S. market initiatives. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales team. Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance reporting. Business DevelopmentDrive sales of Willan Technologies' full portfolio: SaaS, CIO-led Managed IT Services, IT Staff Augmentation, IT infrastructure, website development, cybersecurity, and AI.
Leverage SEO expertise to improve lead generation and digital visibility. Build and expand relationships with decision-makers in corporate, government, and NGO sectors. Oversee the preparation and delivery of impactful product presentations and proposals. Negotiate high-value contracts and close deals. Client Engagement & GrowthAct as a trusted advisor to key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts. Provide market intelligence to inform product and service development. Required QualificationsBilingual in English and French – Exceptional speaking, reading, and writing skills in both languages.
10+ years of proven IT sales experience with a track record of successful sales in the technology industry. Demonstrated expertise in SaaS, Managed IT Services, and IT Staff Augmentation. Proven ability to apply SEO strategies to drive qualified leads and increase sales conversions. Strong leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills. Experience leading sales teams and developing high-performance cultures. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, website design and development, cybersecurity, and AI solutions. Passion for technology and innovation. Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and online collaboration tools. Preferred AttributesExperience selling to both corporate and government clients.
