About the Role: Our client is looking for SVP, Brand that will help shape the Company’s global presence. With decades of business across B2B and B2G industries, the organization is entering a new phase of growth—and brand will play a key role in that transformation. As they scale internationally, this role will lead a strategic, Group-wide brand function that elevates their positioning, sharpens their narrative, and builds long-term brand value. The SVP, Brand will report to the Group Chief Marketing Officer and lead the establishment of a Group Brand Centre of Excellence.

You will drive the transformation of the Company’s brand - from architecture and naming to campaigns and content, this role shapes how the brand is understood and experienced globally—internally and externally. Responsibilities:

Lead the design and execution of a global brand strategy that aligns with business transformation and growth goalsOversee brand architecture, naming, and identity systems to ensure global coherence and clarityEstablish governance frameworks, guidelines, and tools to ensure consistent brand implementation across all business units and marketsShape and deliver integrated global brand campaigns, content, and experiences across paid, earned, and owned channelsBuild strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and agency networks to scale brand marketing and creative excellenceServe as the brand subject matter expert across enterprise programs, stakeholder forums, and executive initiativesDefine and track key brand performance indicators, including awareness, perception, brand equity, and return on marketing investment (ROMI)Requirements:

Minimum 20 years of experience in brand strategy and marketing, ideally across global B2B, B2G, or industrial sectorsExperience working with government stakeholders and public sector organizationsStrong blend of in-house and agency experience is preferredProven ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling brand narrativesSkilled in navigating matrixed, global organizations and driving enterprise-level brand transformationFamiliarity with brand architecture, governance systems, naming strategy, and creative executionExceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsInterested?
