JOIN US as a Project Strategy Manager, working remotely out of Phoenix AZ (or surrounding areas) and we can offer you an opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialist company working with some of the best global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy. We are seeking a strategic and driven Project Strategy Manager to lead our efforts in understanding, shaping and expanding our presence in the semiconductor manufacturing sector. This role bridges deep industry insight with commercial strategy - identifying opportunities, supporting the Sales teams and feeding critical market intelligence in to Product Development and Innovation.

Role And ResponsibilitiesMarket intelligence and analysisMonitor global semiconductor industry trends, competitor movements and emerging technologiesProvide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions across product, marketing and sales functions. Build and maintain a robust understanding of customer needs, supply chains and industry driversCustomer & industry engagementAct as a subject matter expert and thought-leader in the semiconductor space, both internally and externally.

Collaborate with customers to understand their long-term challenges and emerging requirementsRepresent the company at key industry events, forums and customer meetingsGrowth strategy developmentIdentify and validate new market opportunities and application areas within the semiconductor sectorSupport business development and the sales team with strategic input, market positioning and competitive advantageDefine go-to-market strategies for key industry segmentsCross-functional collaborationPartner with Product Management, Engineering and Marketing to align offerings with market needsContribute to roadmap planning by translating market trends into product requirementsSupport strategic pricing and value proposition development based on market dynamicsRequirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or related technical field (Master's or MBA a plus) 5+ years demonstrable experience in the semiconductor industry Proven ability to analyze markets, interpret data and communicate insights effectively Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer-centric growth strategies Experience in market research, strategic marketing or business development (please note this is not a sales role with sales commission but rather a broad commercial role requiring a technical person) Deep familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes, supply chains and trendsBenefitsWe can offer you a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including:
