Windchill Specialist

Responsibilities:Managing, maintaining, and optimising the PLM environment built on PTC Windchill.Planning and coordinating system upgrades, assessing dependencies, and handling release management for new versions and customisations.Supporting the implementation of new features and ensuring all service and process documentation remains accurate and up to date.Monitoring performance, availability, and security (including CVE management) and taking proactive actions to maintain system stability.Streamlining processes through automation, applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, and developing CI/CD pipelines.Collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones to deliver stable, scalable, and efficient PLM solutions.Skills & Profile:Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Strong expertise with PTC Windchill and related modules; experience with Siemens Teamcenter or Dassault 3DX is an advantage.Hands-on experience in PLM environments, including configuration, customisation, and integration.Solid understanding of supporting infrastructure such as SQL databases, LDAP, and multi-site replication.Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS.Collaborative, solution-oriented, and fluent in English (spoken and written).Benefits:A career where your contribution is truly valuedCompetitive salary, meal vouchers, and multiple bonuses for performance, attendance, and holidaysPrivate medical coverage and access to wellness facilities, with hybrid working (40% remote, 60% on-site)Support with commutingMentorship from experienced leaders and access to learning resources, including online books and subscriptions
