If you are motivated by the perspective of joining a big, trusted and recognized group, then let's meet !To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Windows System Engineer.MissionsLead and develop the IT system’s technical architecture in alignment with business needs.Analyze the impact of new solutions on the existing architecture.Advise teams on IT and telecom tools, and organize technological watch.Ensure compliance with standards, norms, and best practices.Define and manage the repository, technical standards, and IT security.Install, administer, and maintain infrastructures and IT tools.Monitor performance, handle incidents, and manage user access.Produce deliverables: technical architecture, repository, recommendation notes.Profile3 years of experience as a Windows engineer.Advanced knowledge of Windows Server OS (2019, 2022, 2025) and their lifecycle.Significant experience in managing Microsoft Active Directory and GPOs.Implementation and management of Windows clusters and file systems (Filer).Proficiency in PowerShell and Graph API languages.Ability to work in a demanding and secure environment.Excellent communication skills and team spirit.Autonomy and rigor in mission execution.For informationStart date: ASAPLocation: Geneva – CHContract: Long termLanguages: Fluent English and FrenchEuropean citizen required
