Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Winemaker based in Lagoa. The Winemaker will oversee all aspects of wine production, including grape harvesting, crushing, fermentation, blending, and bottling processes. Additional responsibilities include monitoring wine quality, managing cellar operations, maintaining production equipment, and collaborating with vineyard staff to ensure the highest quality grapes. The Winemaker will also contribute to new product development and help ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for wine production. Qualifications Expertise in winemaking, including fermentation, blending, and quality control processesExperience in vineyard management and grape harvestingStrong knowledge of production equipment maintenance and operationsProficiency in sensory evaluation and flavor profilingUnderstanding of industry regulations and complianceStrong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasksExcellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environmentsRelevant degree in Viticulture, Enology, or related field preferred
