Job Description

Your TasksMain Responsabilities Map and document processes within the Shopper & Customer Marketing team to identify efficiencies and best practices. Generate and share best practices across campaigns and markets. Build reports and dashboards that provide visibility on campaign execution and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) placement in stores. Support the team in creating Pictures of Success (PICOS) together with categories and retail environments. Keep our SharePoint site updated, ensuring all materials, reports, and requests are tracked and visible. Follow up on campaign requirements and deadlines. Work together with external vendors and agencies to coordinate timely execution of POP materials Specific Tasks POSM: Work together with S&CM categories to generate POSM materials for all categories and retailers. PICOS: Generate Pictures of Success for all categories and retail environments, working closely with the Shopper & Customer Marketing team. Execution tracking: Manage and monitor in-store execution KPI tools and develop reports for campaign tracking and POSM visibility. Trade Stories & Best Practices: Support the development of Trade Stories, Best Practices and new processes of In-Store Excellence to cascade locally and across LATAM countries. Your ProfileJob Profile Criteria Student of Commercial Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, Trade Marketing or related fields in the last year. Full-time availability, within a hybrid working model (home office + office). Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in: Excel (advanced level) BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) SQL Interest in trade marketing, commercial strategy, and in-store execution. Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
