This position has a Commitment to Excellence in guest service, while providing necessary safety and security support to guests visiting Princess Auto Stadium. ResponsibilitiesDeliver superior fan service while ensuring proper building and safety protocols are being followedRespond to requests for assistance from staff and visitors for a variety of security issues (fire, medical emergencies, etc.

)Ensure all safety and building guidelines are being followed, and proper security checks are conductedAssist in the control and safety of all guests that visit the facilityEnsure crowd control stays at a reasonable level and assist in emergency situations and conflicts as neededInteract with the public and all levels of management and fellow employeesEnforce rules and regulations of the facilityProvide directional assistance, as needed, by being knowledgeable about locations throughout the facilityProvide professionalism, courtesy, and respect to all guests and fellow employeesRequirementsAbility to work with minimal supervisionStrong customer service skillsGood written, verbal and interpersonal skills requiredProfessional presentation, appearance and work ethicAbility to work irregular hours including, nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to interact with all levels of staff including managementMust be 18 years of age or olderThe Winnipeg Football Club welcomes applications from qualified individuals from all backgrounds and abilities.
