We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Project Lead to join our team.
The Project is based on our Helsinki site in Finland. Reporting to:
Project DirectorDuties Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets Manage Sub Contractors and other directly contracted vendors and consultants Analyse, track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip Review construction proposals and related pricing & scopes Run and lead client & other required meetings Monitor & identify factors that influence construction costs to create report on this data Knowledge and experience with all methods of construction procurement and long lead equipment Review, validate and audit cost estimates prepared by sub-contractors and others within a client's organization Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while design-build changes take place during construction Track and ensure equipment is available as per the project schedule Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project Review and approve final invoices, payment applications, retention payments Oversee and manage the transfer of the construction to the client including all close out documentation and warrantiesRequirements Minimum 10 years of previous experience in a similar role, within a Mechanical and Electrical contracting environment is essential Data Centre experience is advantageous.
Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills Proficiency in the use of MS Word & Excel is required
