Wipro is supporting an international, globally distributed software vendor in his cloud service area with application management servicesOn top of the latest S/4HANA ABAP technology stack, project specific ABAP applications will get developed and supported in a DevOps approachThe business processes as implemented in project specific ABAP applications are related to data center management, data center operations and IT asset managementWe are looking for additional support, to enhance the existing team in a hybrid working model (remote)Your working area & responsibilitiesYou are the key resource to identify and gather information on existing IT Infrastructure and Cloud ApplicationsYou document, visualize and present the results for the development teamsYou investigate on how to integrate existing IT architectures into the existing CMDB Solution (high level – no in-depth technological knowledge necessary)You maintain constant communication with product (SAP Cloud Solutions) teamsYou create and maintain data modelsYou gain in-depth understanding of various IT environments and architectures (on the job), including Kubernetes environments, to support the infrastructure requirements of the data integration teamYou work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams incl.

the analysis and the work with various data dimensions to ensure data integrity, scalability, and alignment with the business goalsYou understand and point out dependencies between different systemsYou are responsible for the creation and maintenance of detailed data flow diagramsYou validate data from existing integrations for accuracy and consistencyYou will work with various data dimensions and document use casesYour skillsetYou are strong in analytical thinkingYou pick up and adapt new information easilyYou have profound documentation, modeling and data processing skillsYou are capable of independently researching and understanding new topics as neededYou are profound in requirements engineering and can submit DEV requests to the development teams as needed.

You have a foundational understanding of IT Asset Management, (virtual) servers, databasesYou have the ability to map dependencies between systems and determine appropriate data sources for different use casesIdeally you´ve previously gained experience in creating data flow diagrams as part of system integration processesYou have a high sense of responsibility and very good communication skills.
