The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the CEO's operational needs, facilitating communication across departments, and managing key projects that drive the company's growth and success. QualificationsLives in Denver, Colorado. 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a startup or technology environment. Proven track record of managing complex projects, schedules, and stakeholder communications effectively. Experience working remotely and independently within distributed teams. Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities. Exceptional discretion and judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information. Demonstrated operational rigor with excellent organizational skills and prioritization abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other relevant applications. ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar, ensuring prioritization of high-impact activities. Prepare briefing materials, context, and objectives for upcoming meetings to ensure the CEO is well-informed and prepared. Handle communications on behalf of the CEO, including drafting emails, coordinating responses, and ensuring follow-through on action items. Track progress of key company initiatives and provide visibility to the CEO on all moving parts.
Drive follow-ups from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely completion of tasks across teams. Maintain documentation, processes, and dashboards to keep the CEO organized and informed. Organize all-hands meetings, board calls, offsites, and leadership summits, ensuring smooth execution. Collaborate closely with finance, legal, investor relations, and HR teams on time-sensitive and confidential matters. Support the CEO in managing priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives to facilitate company growth.
