About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in a full-time, benefits-eligible role. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is funded through a grant that extends until September 1, 2026, with the possibility of extension. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies across various healthcare Quality Improvement programs.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing inbound graphic design requests, supporting branding efforts, creating templates for departmental collateral, and leading all aspects of in-house graphic design projects. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that visual content effectively communicates our strategic goals and resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for marketing, a flair for creativity, and the ability to foster strong relationships within a collaborative environment. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related fieldMinimum of 3+ years of experience in marketing, agency, or related creative rolesExtensive proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. )Strong conceptualization skills with a demonstrated ability to develop creative ideas rooted in researchExcellent project management, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to present confidently in front of C-suite executives, volunteers, and internal stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindsetWillingness to travel up to 5% annuallyA professional portfolio showcasing previous work will be required during the application processPreferred Qualifications:
