About the RoleThe HR Administrator at Torrid plays a vital role in maintaining accurate associate records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and providing exceptional customer service to both headquarters (HQ) and store locations. This primarily remote position requires the ability to commute to the City of Industry, CA HQ as needed. The role involves supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, off-boarding, HRIS reporting, and employee record management. The HR Administrator will work closely with the OHDC HR team to facilitate HR processes, respond to internal and external HR-related requests, and support ongoing HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
