About The RoleThe IT Business Analyst role at ICF is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute within our Utility Program and Services Group. This position involves supporting the full software development lifecycle, focusing on energy efficiency tracking and reporting tools. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop system documentation, and facilitate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role requires effective communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
