About The RoleEverlight Solar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven applications and reports that support business decision-making processes. This role involves working with large datasets to extract meaningful insights, develop dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to various teams.

The Data Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Must own a Mac computer and be proficient with the Apple ecosystem, including iOS, macOS, and iWork applications. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing data quality, efficiency, and strategic planning at Everlight Solar.

QualificationsMinimum of two years of experience with DOMO platformMajor DOMO Certification requiredAt least 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or financial analysisBachelor’s Degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experienceTwo years of experience providing people analytics reporting to organizationsProficiency in SQL and DOMOExperience handling sensitive and confidential people data in a global environmentStrong understanding of Salesforce.
