About The RoleThe HR Operations Specialist at Bartaco plays a crucial role in supporting the company's human resources functions across multiple locations. This full-time, remote position is responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws, managing employee benefits and leave programs, facilitating employee relations, and optimizing HR systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles within restaurant or retail environments, demonstrating excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
