About The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to collaborate effectively with application development teams while facilitating and assisting end users with test planning and execution. This role requires hands-on test execution experience, as well as a deep understanding of QA best practices and methodologies. Experience with Salesforce and D365 applications is a significant advantage.

This position offers a flexible work environment with the requirement to be based within a commutable distance to one of our main R&D US-based hubs, including Scottsdale, AZ; Boston, MA; Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; or San Francisco, CA. Remote work flexibility is available. The QA Analyst will report to the Director of Program Management and will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements. QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test planning and execution. Strong hands-on experience with manual testing; automation experience is a plus. Proven ability to engage with both technical teams and non-technical end users. Experience in testing ERP systems and integrations. Familiarity with Salesforce and D365 applications is highly preferred. Proficiency with testing tools and platforms such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and TestRail. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results. ResponsibilitiesWork closely with application development teams to understand business requirements, technical designs, and workflows.

Participate in design reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective. Identify potential risks and ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the development process. Facilitate and assist end users in developing and executing test plans and test cases. Empathize with end users to understand end-to-end business processes, including manual workflows, to develop comprehensive test scenarios and scripts. Provide guidance on testing strategies and best practices to ensure thorough test coverage. Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users to address concerns and gather feedback. Develop end-to-end test plans, including manual and automated test case execution.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing. Track, document, and report testing progress and defects using appropriate tools. Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaborate with teams to define and improve testing processes and methodologies. Participate in root cause analysis of defects and recommend process improvements. Utilize testing tools for tracking, reporting, and automation, staying current with emerging QA technologies and techniques.
