About The RoleFabletics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team.

In this pivotal role, you will support our brand and operational functions, including technology, supply chain management, fulfillment, customer service, finance, and accounting. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with organizational leaders to identify, attract, and secure top talent that aligns with our company's strategic goals. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates—ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you will play a vital role in shaping our workforce and supporting our growth initiatives.

Qualifications5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within technology, operations, fashion, or related fieldsProficiency in leveraging sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative sourcing solutionsExperience managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneouslyExcellent communication, influencing, and proactive engagement skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high accountabilityExperience maneuvering through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience considered a plusStrong analytical skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline preferredResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition kickoffs, market analysis, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiationsDevelop and maintain a robust network of contacts and talent pools to support strategic hiring needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records within our ATS, ensuring data integrity for predictive analytics and reportingEngage in proactive communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth recruitment processDesign and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to key functional areasSupport pipeline development projects and contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiativesCollaborate with internal teams on various recruitment projects to meet organizational hiring goalsStay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance sourcing and recruitment effectivenessBenefitsDiscretionary paid time off and summer Fridays for employee well-beingComprehensive healthcare plans to support health and wellnessEmployee discounts on Fabletics productsRetirement plan options including 401(k)Annual bonus program and equity incentivesOpportunities for professional development and growth within a vibrant company cultureSupportive environment that encourages diversity and inclusionEqual OpportunityFabletics is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
