impact-advisors. com. About The RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Strategy & Operations team. In this remote role, you will serve as a vital support partner, ensuring seamless coordination across various organizational functions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, organizing virtual and on-site meetings, and handling travel logistics for our leadership team. You will act as a central communication hub, facilitating clear and professional messaging both internally and externally. Additionally, you will collaborate with other administrative professionals to schedule interviews and assist with key operational activities.

QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and communication. Collaborative attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and a team-first mentality. ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to Strategy & Operations executives, including managing complex calendars and prioritizing tasks. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare detailed itineraries, and handle all travel logistics. Draft, edit, and review executive-level documents, reports, and client communications to ensure clarity and professionalism. Plan and organize meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up activities for in-office and virtual events. Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Track and report on key operational activities, utilizing Microsoft Office tools for documentation and analysis. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure alignment across executive priorities and organizational initiatives.
