About The RoleWe are seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis. This role is vital in supporting the recruitment process by ensuring a seamless flow of candidates from application to onboarding. The Recruiting Coordinator will manage job postings, screen applicants, track candidate progress within our applicant tracking system, coordinate pre-hire checks, and resolve any issues that may arise during the recruitment cycle.

This position offers the flexibility of remote work across the United States, with an initial assignment of one year, which may be extended based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred2+ years of experience in coordinating recruiting activities preferredStrong passion and experience in recruitingExperience in hospitality, service industry, or field-based operations preferredProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a high-paced environmentResponsibilitiesTrack candidate status within the Applicant Tracking System and facilitate movement through the recruitment processScreen incoming applications to identify qualified candidatesCoordinate and schedule interviews using technology platformsProvide clear and timely communication regarding candidate status and dispositionManage pre-hire checks, including background and reference verificationsAssist in preparing correspondence for candidates and hiring managersTroubleshoot and resolve issues promptly to maintain recruitment flowSupport quality assurance for job postings created by hiring managersSeek feedback on recruitment processes and implement continuous improvementsCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining a service-oriented approachPerform additional duties related to recruitment as assigned by managementBenefitsCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $18.
