About The RoleWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team supporting a state-wide program. This full-time position involves managing high-volume inbound calls, assisting customers with starting, stopping, and transferring services, and providing comprehensive support related to billing, online account access, and payment arrangements. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure positive interactions and resolutions.

The position offers flexibility with in-office, hybrid, and remote work options, depending on location and circumstances. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling challenging situations professionally and efficiently. This role is essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless service delivery across the program.
