About The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team and serve as a vital component of our human resources and people strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that enhance employee experience, foster engagement, and support organizational growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-departmental teams to develop scalable HR processes that attract, retain, and develop top talent. Your role will involve managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding—while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. As a key advisor, you will promote a positive workplace culture, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and facilitate professional development opportunities.

This position reports to the Head of Business Operations and offers the opportunity to influence strategic HR initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
