About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to partner closely with designated client organizations and the HR team to implement strategic initiatives and ensure operational excellence. The role involves overseeing recruitment, compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, and compensation activities to optimize workforce resources.
You will manage a team that may include both exempt and non-exempt employees, serving as a subject matter expert and providing guidance across HR functions. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing efficient processes, supporting departmental budgets, and aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to managing employee relations, policy administration, and ensuring compliance with all relevant state, federal, and local regulations.
