About The RoleThe Sr Talent Recruiter at Aflac Columbus plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s talent acquisition strategy. This position involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from creating innovative sourcing strategies to attracting and selecting top-tier candidates across various departments.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, develop targeted recruitment campaigns, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Depending on your location, this role may be hybrid or fully remote, offering flexibility to accommodate different working preferences. The Sr Talent Recruiter is expected to leverage their expertise in recruiting practices, federal and state employment laws, and applicant tracking systems to identify, engage, and secure qualified talent. This role also involves building and maintaining relationships with external organizations, passive candidates, and recruiting agencies to develop a robust talent pipeline.

Additionally, the recruiter will coordinate testing, background checks, and salary negotiations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
