Job Description
Key Responsibilities:1）Perform network optimization for wireless products (GSM / TDD / FDD / LTE/NR).2）Take ownership of network performance indicators, including routine optimization, performance improvement, and feature implementation.3）Troubleshoot and resolve on-site network optimization issues, including fault analysis and reporting during software or version upgrades.4）Provide technical guidance and training to the customer’s maintenance team.Job Requirements:1）Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Computer Science, or Electronics.2）Basic understanding of UMTS and GSM technologies.3）Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive, with strong learning ability, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.4）Must be an Ivorian national with excellent English communication skills.5）Must be a fresh graduate.
