If you're passionate about learning, thrive in a collaborative environment, and love to take ownership, we’d love to hear from you!Your MissionAs an L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, delivering, and improving learning solutions that empower PayOps to succeed in their roles.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure learning initiatives align with business goals while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. By equipping PayOps teams with the right skills and knowledge, you will directly contribute to enhancing customer experiences, ensuring efficient problem resolution, and driving overall customer satisfaction. The end result will be higher customer retention and happiness rate contributing to mission zero.

This Role Will Give You An Opportunity ToDesign and deliver engaging learning solutions in various formats (e-learning, facilitator led sessions, etc)Own the end-to-end training process, from discovery to content creation, stakeholder collaboration, data analysis and reporting.

Collaborate with stakeholders, team leads, and subject matter experts to ensure learning initiatives address key business challengesUse data-driven insights to measure training effectiveness and continuously optimize learning solutionsChampion a learning-first mindset, empowering teams to take ownership of their own developmentExplore and implement innovative learning solutions to enhance engagement and knowledge retention and to have an impact on the key strategic pillarsQualificationsYou have a proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective learning solutions that address business needs and drive performanceYou have a strong understanding of instructional design frameworks and adult learning theoryYou’re skilled in developing core learning materials (manuals, e-learning modules, course materials)You have experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning tools (e.
