We seek a dynamic and strategic AI Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption and business transformation for our clients.

The AI Transformation Lead will play a critical role in helping organizations understand the business value of AI, develop AI-driven architectures, and implement AI solutions that align with their operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technology, business strategy, and customer communication.  This position requires occasional business trips.  WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 Engage with clients to assess business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and develop AI-driven transformation roadmapsServe as a GenAI architect and become lead AI developer for complex projects ensuring their success from prototype to productionWork closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectivesConduct AI readiness assessments, define use cases, and provide strategic recommendations to clients on AI implementationAssist in pre-sales activities by articulating the business value of AI solutions and presenting AI-driven business cases to stakeholdersStay informed about AI regulations, ethical considerations, and governance frameworks to guide clients on responsible AI adoptionWHAT YOU WILL NEED:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldExtensive experience in AI/ML, deep learning, and cloud-based AI services (on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, and Hugging FaceStrong programming skills in PythonExcellent proficiency with traditional SQL and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and distributed computing frameworksAbility to analyze large datasets and derive business insights using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similarExperience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI workflowsHands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and AI-driven automation solutions.

Ability to model and optimize business processes using a formal language (e. g. UML, BPMN, etc. )Understanding of solution and product development across the whole cycle - from prototype (PoC, MVP) to scalable and secure productionExcellent familiarity with the SDLC and project management methodologies and tools (e. g. Jira, Confluence, etc. )Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in AI adoption as well as best security and privacy practicesSoft Skills & Competencies:
