About the ProjectThe research focuses on auditory verbal hallucinations with negative content in patients with schizophrenia. The successful candidate will play a key role in patient recruitment and assessment, using: Clinical questionnaires, Ecological momentary assessment (EMA), MRI scanning sessions. The position will be based at the University Hospital of Psychiatry (UPD), Bolligenstrasse 111, BernMain ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and assessment of patients with schizophreniaConducting structured clinical interviews and questionnairesManaging ecological assessments and MRI scanning sessionsEnsuring data management and quality controlCoordinating research activities and logistics at the UPD and Insel (MRI)Optional Research InvolvementWhile not mandatory, the candidate will have the opportunity to actively participate in research activities, including: data analysis (e.g., behavioral, neuroimaging), manuscript writing and co-authorship on publications, participation in scientific conferences and meetings. This makes the position ideal for candidates interested in developing research skills alongside practical clinical work.RequirementsFluent German (written and spoken) is mandatoryBackground in psychology, neuroscience, cognitive sciences, medicine, or a related fieldExperience with patient interaction, clinical assessments, or MRI research is a plusStrong organizational and communication skills
