Position OverviewThe Solution Architect will be responsible for enabling distributor-led onboarding, implementation, and capability-building with a strong focus on technical excellence. The role holder will combine in-depth knowledge of partner and distributor systems with a strategic approach to delivering scalable solutions and automation. This role requires hands-on technical design, implementation expertise, and the ability to translate complex requirements into standardized, repeatable frameworks. Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders is a must.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical onboarding and implementation: Lead distributor-led onboarding initiatives by analyzing and integrating partner systems, workflows, and data architectures. Design and deliver standardized playbooks, toolkits, and reference architectures to accelerate implementation and ensure consistency across partner engagements. Serve as the technical point of contact during implementation, guiding distributors through integration and configuration best practices. Account Co-ownership And Partner Capability BuildingAct as a non-commercial co-owner of distributor accounts, focusing on building technical capability and long-term operational excellence. Collaborate with Partner Management, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to align technical enablement with business goals.
Conduct technical assessments and readiness reviews to ensure distributors are prepared to support end customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Cross-functional CollaborationWork with R&D to shape product features and cloud solutions that meet the needs of the global distributors and partners. Liaise with Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to align efforts and communicate value to clients. Qualifications And Key CompetenciesExperience: 5+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or systems integration, with a focus on distributor or partner ecosystems. Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of distributor and partner system architectures, including ERP, CRM, and integration middleware. Experience designing scalable, automated solutions and building technical frameworks. Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, SFTP). Customer mindset: Proven ability to talk with diverse group of people from c-level to technical people. Program Management: Proven ability to create and deliver structured technical enablement materials and run technical training programs. Analytical Mindset: Skilled at leveraging data to derive actionable technical and business insights. Communication: Excellent ability to translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Collaboration:
