Onboarding (KYC) Specialist

Role Overview: We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for our clients. You will play a key role in verifying customer information, assessing risk, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct due diligence (CDD/KYC/ODD) checks on new clients;Assess customer documentation for compliance with AML regulations;Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding and business relationship review processes;Maintain and update customer records in accordance with regulatory requirements;Provide a seamless and positive onboarding and business relationship review experience for clients; Identify and address potential risks related to client onboarding and business relationship review. Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in EMI, banking, fintech, or financial AML/CTF compliance – not less than 1 year;Knowledge of KYC, AML, and CDD regulations;Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills;Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;Strong communication and customer service skills;Proficiency in relevant compliance software and tools;High ethical standards and commitment to integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance; Fluency in both English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
