Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our Sales Account Management team and drive business customer growth.

This is a key leadership position responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and overseeing a team of account managers focused on delivering exceptional service and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales and customer success targets;Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the business customer segment to support company growth objectives;Oversee relationship management with key business clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term retention;Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Compliance, Product) to align sales strategies with business goals;Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and deliver reports with insights and recommendations;Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, CRM usage, and client engagement strategies;Act as a senior escalation point for high-value or complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service;Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform sales strategy;Foster a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, innovation, and collaboration;Represent the sales team at the leadership level, contributing to broader business development initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred);At least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role within financial services or a fast-paced B2B environment;Strong understanding of financial products and business customer needs;Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver consistent sales results;Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills;Data-driven mindset with a strong command of CRM systems and performance metrics.
