Junior Payment Operations Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Payments Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transactions, ensuring liquidity, and overseeing payments operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance payment processes. Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day transactions and liquidity management;Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues efficiently;Communicate and coordinate with payment service providers;Conduct daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual payment reconciliations;Actively participate in the development of payment products from the early stages;Monitor and manage company invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance. Qualifications: Strong sense of responsibility and reliability;Ability to work autonomously and take initiative;Adaptability to rapid changes in a dynamic environment;Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Desired Qualifications:

2nd or 3rd year student of Finance or Economics and data analytics Bachelor's study programs;Fluency in English (verbal and written);Fluency in Lithuanian is an advantage.
