Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payments Operations Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transactions, accounts daily reconciliations, managing liquidity, and overseeing payments operations while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance payment processes. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for daily accounts reconciliation processes Perform payment transactions and liquidity management, completing more complex daily payment operations tasks with high accuracyProviding high quality and timely responses to agent partners and business stakeholders. Identifying and initiating constant process improvements. Ensuring quality control and adherence to the company’s rules and procedures.

Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues efficiently;Communicate and coordinate with payment service providers;Actively participate in the development of payment products from the early stages;About you: Strong sense of responsibility and reliability;Attention to detail and a quality-oriented mindsetAnalytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bachelor's or higher education degree in finance, economics, or a similar area. 1-2 years of experience in payment operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable or a similar field. Solid Microsoft Excel skills. Strong communication, problem solving, and training skills.
