WMS/WCS Test Lead

Position: Integrated Testing LeaderLocation: Poznań area (onsite) Contract Type: B2B (self-employed), full-time – 40 hours/week Rate: €55–65/hour (€440–530/day) Note: Visa or work permit not providedAbout the Role We’re looking for an experienced Integrated Testing Leader to manage and coordinate the testing workstream for a large-scale automation or supply chain project.You’ll lead a cross-functional team to plan, execute, and validate integrated testing—ensuring system readiness and a seamless customer handover. This role blends strategic test planning with hands-on validation across equipment, controls, WCS, and WES systems.What you’ll do:Lead integrated and acceptance testing across mechanical and software componentsCoordinate internal teams and third-party partners to meet project milestonesValidate system performance and ensure smooth transition to the clientWhat you bring:10+ years’ experience in DC operations, systems integration, logistics, or project managementStrong leadership and problem-solving skillsProven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects(Bonus) Experience with warehouse automation or MHE projects
