Job Title: Head of Treasury / Corporate Finance / PMOLocation: SwedenReports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)Industry: Data Centre InfrastructureOverview: Our client, a leading Data Centre organisation, is seeking a seasoned Head of Treasury / Corporate Finance / PMO to report directly to the CFO. This role is pivotal in overseeing the full scope of treasury operations, corporate finance strategy, and driving transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong financial background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a strategic mindset to support business growth and financial resilience. Key Responsibilities: Treasury & Corporate FinanceManage all aspects of debt, including structuring and refinancing opportunities.
Lead lender modelling activities and maintain robust banking relationships. Oversee cash flow forecasting – both budgeted and rolling – ensuring liquidity needs are met. Support and drive equity and debt funding strategies in line with growth objectives. Develop and implement effective cash and liquidity management frameworks. Monitor and manage FX and interest rate exposures. Define and uphold treasury policies aligned with best practices and compliance standards. Coordinate insurance management activities across the business. Transformation & PMOLead project management efforts for key financial and operational transformation initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and transparency.
Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 7–8+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury management, and financial analysis. In-depth understanding of financial instruments, hedging strategies, and treasury policies. Strong experience in cash and liquidity management, and financial modelling. Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage. Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with high proficiency in EnglishWhat We’re Looking For: A strategic and detail-oriented finance professional who can operate at both a high-level strategic view and within the details of execution.
