HR Administrator (Windhoek) x2Position OverviewWoermann Brock is seeking two proactive and detail-oriented HR Office Administrators to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidates will be responsible for recruitment, selection, and HR administration duties, while ensuring smooth documentation flow for recruitment, job descriptions, leave applications, personnel files, manpower statistics, and other HR processes. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & SelectionAssist with job postings and interview scheduling. Verify vacancy request forms for completeness and accuracy. Shortlist A and B Band applications and forward to the Manager: HR Operations. Ensure complete and correct application documentation. Verify appointment and notification documents of successful candidates.
Facilitate smooth onboarding by coordinating with Regional, Branch, and Unit Managers. Issue regret letters to internal applicants before external appointments. 2. HR Administration & Employee RecordsManage documentation flow for job descriptions, evaluations, housing applications, and personnel files. Process and track Special Performance Appraisal (SPA) forms and maintain branch/unit SPA lists. Ensure employees sign job descriptions and confirm training before permanent appointments. Record appointments, resignations, dismissals, and retirements into HR statistics. Prepare contracts, transfers, and promotion letters for signature by the HR Executive. Coordinate status change forms to process promotions and transfers. 3.
Employee Relations & HR Policy ComplianceAdvise supervisors and managers on correct completion of HR forms. Conduct screening and testing procedures as required. Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures effectively. 4. Payroll & Benefits SupportSupport payroll processing by ensuring accurate timesheets. Assist with benefits administration, including leave and medical aid queries. Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Grade 12 (Matric Certificate) required; additional HR certification is an advantage. Experience: Previous HR administration experience preferred. Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
